Apex Professionals LLC Announces HQ Move

Apex Professionals recently announced its move from Reno, NV to its new home in Alpine, WY. The choice to move was a reflection on Wyoming's exceedingly business-friendly environment as well as the warm welcome from the local community towards Apex Professionals. Apex Professionals LLC has established its new office right in the heart of the Star Valley and looks forward to injecting some much needed money into the local economy through new job offerings in that area.

The Secretary of State of Wyoming issued the Certificate of Authority last month, and Apex Professionals expects to create a small number of local jobs and use some local services. The company does business all over the United States, utilizing representatives that reside in 10 different states. Legal and Title Transfer work, telephone call centers, printing and other services are contracted and outsourced to companies that are also located around the country.

Apex Professionals has found that by outsourcing many of these operations and by allowing the traveling sales team to not be tied directly to the corporate HQ that they are able to pass a significant portion of this savings on to the client. Reduction of costs and improvement of service are top priorities for Apex Professionals LLC.

(PR.com)-- abcnews.go.com/Video/playerIndexAfter years of complaints against the news and media for not running more stories about the "deep dark secrets" of the timeshare industry, Apex Professionals recognizes ABC News' recent story as a step in the right direction.

Apex Professionals, LLC, a company that helps timeshare owners get of their contracts, has being trying to get news coverage on the rapidly decaying timeshare industry for years. Recently ABC News ran a story revealing the very real and very distressing truths about what is happening in the timeshare industry today.

ABC News reported that some timeshare owners are seeing their maintenance fees more than double in just a few years.“This unfortunate situation is only accelerating,” remarked one executive of Apex Professionals.

“As more and more people start experiencing the financial depression, they think that not paying their maintenance fees is a good way to avoid extra expenses. What they don’t realize is that most resorts won’t just take the property back when an owner doesn’t pay their fees. First they add interest and late fees to the balance, then they send you to collections which can affect your credit, and it is possible that they will file for a default judgment against the owners.” Meanwhile, what happens to the owners who are paying their maintenance fees is that the resorts send out a special assessment to cover the fees that are not being paid. We have seen more examples of this in 2009 than ever before.”

ABC News also reported that many owners are paying real estate agents and listing companies to “list” and “advertising” their timeshares for sale but that owners are not seeing any buyers and are just losing more money.

“Avoiding these “listing” companies is something we have been trying to educate timeshare owners on for years;" remarked and Apex Consultant."It’s easy for even savvy consumers to fall for their “pitch” because it sounds so good you want to believe it. The listing companies promise they can sell the timeshare for the same or even more than what the owners bought it for. The reality is, most timeshare owners are lucky if they can sell their timeshares for anything at all.”

“The story ABC News ran was good;” agreed Apex Professionals, “but it was only one tiny step in the right direction and it barely scratched the surface. Very little attention was given to the real problems, such as how hard these contracts really are to get out of and the near impossible reality of today’s resale market. We are hoping the industry gets more exposure so that timeshare owners can finally get the answers they have been looking for and so that more people will avoid this costly money pit."

In the market, Apex Professionals is committed to providing a service that people need.
Personally, Apex Professionals in committed to proving for the needs of people.

APEX PROFESSIONALS continues to do the right thing by giving the gift of life this Christmas.

Apex Professionals is a company that saves unhappy timeshare owners from increased maintenance fees and assessments by making offers to immediately take over their timeshares. For more information on Apex Professionals’ Fast and Immediate solution, contact them directly at the information below.

On Friday, December 19th, 2008 during their annual company Christmas party, Apex Professionals (http://www.apexprofessionalsllc.com/) met with a representative of World Vision International (http://www.worldvision.org/) and presented World Vision with a $12,000 donation. This $12,000 will cover the cost to build a deep fresh-water well in Musele, Zambia. Over 29,000 children die every single day in towns like Musele around the world from diseases related to bad water supplies. A deep water well such as this with a fitted hand pump can provide up to 2,800 gallons of safe water every day to benefit as many as 300 people! In Musele, Zambia clean water lies hundreds of feet below layers of hard rock. Children have no choice but to walk long distances to find water that is often dirty and disease-ridden.

“When our drilling teams strike water, entire villages erupt in celebration because a clean water source can cut a community’s child mortality rate by as much as half,” reports World Vision.

“We had been planning this donation for over a year;”mentioned an Apex Executive, “Timing was perfect. When we contacted World Vision to set this up, they informed us that an anonymous benefactor was matching all deep well donations right now, which means our contribution will transform 2 towns instead of just 1. We couldn’t be more pleased with this entire process.”

In addition to providing funds for a deep well, the Apex Professionals’ Staff and family members ended the evening by sponsoring an additional 15 children who live in Musele through the World Vision “HopeChild” monthly sponsorship program.

“As a HopeChild Sponsor, you are connected with one special child who will know your name, write to you and feel your tender love and prayers. Your child sponsorship monthly pledge of $35 of a HopeChild in African countries and other countries around the world can help turn the tide of the HIV and AIDS pandemic. $35 a month can provide such things as; Clean Water, Nutritious Food, Health Care, AIDS Prevention, Care for Sick or Dying Parents, Educational Opportunities, Spiritual Nurture, and Counseling. “ –World Vision

NOVEMBER 19TH - APEX HELPS RECORD NUMBER OF TIMESHARE OWNERS AVOID 2009 M. FEES

Apex Professionals, LLC - a company that rescues dissatisfied timeshare owners from increasing maintenance fees and high-interest mortgages - announced that they are on track to help a record number of timeshare owners exit their timeshares immediately in November 2008. A few weeks into the month, Apex Professionals has already helped more timeshare owners than in any single previous month in company history.

Apex Professionals attributes the sudden spike in business to rising costs in maintenance fees and drastic changes to the industry. “Most of our customers used to be able to visit their resort at a moment’s notice and their annual fees were very reasonable. Today there are extensive waiting lists for resorts and many of the maintenance fees cost more than buying a package vacation through an online travel club. We’ve helped many timeshares owners in the past, but with these industry changes, more and more people are needing our help.”

The company is currently offering an immediate solution to current owners with a specific timeshare properties. If your timeshare is on the list of properties they are interested in, they will sign a sales agreement with you and send your property to title for expedited closing. Currently, on specific resorts, they are also willing to pay the 2009 maintenance fees while the property transfers. Their cutoff date for this promotion is December 16th, 2009. For more information on their services or to speak with a representative who can explain your options, contact Apex Professionals, LLC directly at 1-866-950-5713 or by mail at 200 S.
